Nooo. Coaching isn’t pre-recorded—it’s completely tailored to you and your business. Every session is live, focused, and built around your goals. I call it my “one face, two brains” approach: you’re the lead on stage, and I’m behind the curtains crafting, supporting, and cheering you on.

Not necessarily. Whether you’re building, pivoting, or scaling, we’ll tailor the sessions to meet you where you are and ensure your content strategy aligns with your bigger vision.

Every call is customized to your needs, but we do follow a structure:

• Phase 1 (Months 1–2): Strategy. We build your strategy brick by brick using my YOU-CODED framework as the foundation. You’ll get action items that push you to think deeper about your mission, purpose, and positioning.

• Phase 2 (Months 2+): Execution. Each call, we’ll map out content ideas, scripts, and guidelines for 1–2 weeks at a time so you leave with a clear plan to execute.

Between calls, you’ll also have online support days where you can:

• Submit content for revisions + feedback

• Ask questions as they come up

• Get support with launches, creative direction, brand negotiations, ghostwriting, and more

An Intensive is a one-off deep dive (or bundle of sessions). It’s like the bootcamp version of coaching, where we focus on a specific area and build a clear plan you can start implementing right away.
